"I was a guest at your wonderful Watercolors Cafe yesterday as a treat for my birthday... From pulling into the valet parking and being greeted cordially by your associate, to the exceptional service by Michael, it was an entire joy. The view and food were just the cherries on top of the sundae.  I've never tasted fresher fish (Grouper Sandwich), or more delicious French-fried sweet potatoes, yummy Creole tartare sauce, and beautifully grilled sandwich roll. Mrs. Ross's custom omelet was devine, and her fruit cup was beautiful and ripe.
I've lived in Boca Raton for 6 years and had never experienced your fine restaurant, but it will now be listed in my favorites, and will certainly recommend it to friends."
