Boca Raton Bridge Hotel - Boca Raton, Florida Hotel
I stayed at the Bridge for Easter weekend and my
family reunion. The views are spectacular, it is
central to the best parts of Boca. The
management and staff could not have been more
accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone
who wants to enjoy the best that Boca has to
offer.
“Absolutely Wonderful hotel!! Would stay there
anytime!”
I accompanied my husband on his business trip/
meeting to Boca Raton recently. We had a lovely
suite looking out on the water.
I was able to get work done quite easily in the
suite while my husband attended meetings. The
staff, the restaurant , the bellmen and women,
the IT and Sup. staff, everyone was wonderful,
attentive and kind.
The bed was so comfortable I considered checking
the mattress to see what it was.
Totally clean, comfortable, like a high-end
B&B/hotel.
We had a fabulous stay. The rooms were great,
customer service was top notch and the Buffett
was spectacular. The hotel has water sports on
property so we went Jet Skiing….twice. Great
location and a great price, will be back next
time we are in Boca.
The view and food are excellent, as are the
staff at the water colors , then we had the
pleasure of dining at Carmens at the top with
the full view of everything through glass walls
and the live music and the chef and staff were
so accommodating even if it is something special
they work very hard to meet all your needs. the
rooms are extremely comfortable staff from check
in to leaving very gracious cant wait to go
again

I really enjoyed my stay at the bridge hotel my
room was clean overlooking the water, the
restaurant watercolors was a great spot to eat
and do business.
Overall a great experience. Yes, the rooms and
bathroom are outdated but they were clean and
basically what one needs. What makes this a
great experience? The location and the price of
the hotel. What a fantastic view from the room
(we had a intra-coastal view suite on the fifth
floor). It was much better than I anticipated
when I made the reservations. The restaurant,
WaterColors, had a great view being right on the
water but the food was average, the prices were
high for the quality of food, and the waitress
at the time was definitely below average. I
would suggest enjoying a drink while enjoying
the view but then going someplace else for a
better dinner. We had a great experience and
would stay here again the next time we visit the
area. Just to note: I have written this same
review on Expedia using Just David from RI.
The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous.
The room was large, airy, and tastefully
decorated. Two vanities and one sink were
separate from the shower and toilet. Each room
has a balcony and ours overlooked the
intercostals waterway. We highly recommend
staying on this side of the hotel. Since we
stayed for 9 days we would have liked more
drawers. However, there was a large closet with
adequate hanging space. Excellent coffee and tea
was available daily in the lobby until 10:00AM.
There was also coffee/tea in our room. An extra
resort fee included daily water, valet parking,
free long distance and local calls. One could
also park their own car. The beach was a five
minute walk from the hotel. The location was
outstanding and we walked every morning next to
or on the beach. There is an exercise room with
a sauna. A washer or dryer is available. We
would definitely recommend this hotel to
everyone and hope to return in the future.
please be advised that a front desk manager is
the reason that my family and i return time
after time. George Cruz should be commended for
outstanding customer service.. He consistently
shows a kind and caring concern for each and
every guest. His polished style and friendly
face are welcoming and inviting to every guest
that checks in. for the past three years that he
has served the hotel, he has exemplified an
elegant fitness that is difficult to find in a
service business. Ask for his assistance and
your stay will be better than ever! He should be
in top management position! He is a keeper!
This hotel was recommended by a friend so I
booked for my son on New Year's Eve. After I
booked, I looked at TripAdvisor and saw some bad
comments. I called the hotel and the General
Manager, Greg, called me back. He was straight
up and said it's an older hotel but the beds are
great and the place is clean. My son loved his
time there in an ocean view room - the bed was
fabulous as were the views and food at the
restaurants. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
We stayed here while looking for an apartment in
the area. The room was very clean, the beds were
more than comfortable, the staff was very
friendly and helpful. I loved the valet staff.
They were quick and polite. It might have been
nice to have an option to eat in
air-conditioning but you couldn't beat the view
at the restaurant and bar. Got to see the ocean
and the intercostals waterway with all the boats
going back and forth. The balcony was excellent
as well. I don't think we could have been
happier. And a very short walk to the beach too!
We spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The
location is fabulous - right between the
intercostals and the ocean. We took advantage of
a great weekend deal which included a fabulous 4
course pre fixe dinner at Carmens, the
restaurant that is at the top of the hotel which
affords spectacular views of the intercostals
and ocean. We dined and danced to an excellent
orchestra. We then had breakfast at Watercolors,
the hotel restaurant which is on the
intercostals. Sat. evening we listened to a 2
piece band that had our toes tapping. Sun
morning we had fantastic brunch back at Carmens.
All of this plus 2 nights accommodations for a
very reasonable price.Everyone from the wait
staff to the front desk went the extra mile to
be helpful and accommodating. The rooms have
balconies to take advantage of the view. The
beds are very comfortable. It was truly a great
weekend and I look forward to doing it again. When
you book make sure you give them the time you
would like to have dinner and brunch at Carmens
so you get the time that best suits you.
Good
value-biggest bang for your bucks. The only
hotel in Boca Raton with a nice intercostals
water view. We could see the ocean from our
balcony. Home to the famous Watercolor
restaurant and the Sunday Brunch in the
Penthouse. Walking distance to Mizner Park, the
Beach, Downtown Boca Raton and much more. I
stayed there with my husband and 14 yr old
daughter, and we were very pleased. I recommend
it!
The
Bridge is far and away the very best value for
your dollar in South Florida. The service is
outstanding and the location can't be beat. We
had a great view of the intercostals and just a
short walk to one of the quietest and cleanest
beaches I have ever seen. There are two great
restaurants on site. The menus are varied and
the food is cooked to perfection. This was our
third stay at the Bridge. The rooms were clean,
well maintained by housekeeping and the beds
were extremely comfortable. The lobby
restaurant, Watercolors, sits directly on the
Intracoastal and offers covered and outdoor
seating near a sparkling clean heated pool. The
breakfast menu is outstanding, especially the
banana pancakes and the Eggs Benedict. There is
live music a few nights a week and although I
would prefer otherwise, the musicians were
reserved and you could carry on a conversation
while they performed. They were also quite good.Special
mention to John, our valet, who was engaging,
informative and provided incredibly accurate
directions to several destinations for us.
Jorge, the front desk concierge, who exceeded
our expectations on several occasions and Chef
Dudley whose recommendations led to several
outstanding meals and, of course, the Chocolate
Lava Cake; almost a good reason all by itself to
stay at the Bridge. We will return!
The staff at the Bridge were welcoming, inviting
and helpful. The rooms were clean (a huge plus),
the view was beautiful, the price was
affordable, and the staff were so kind and
willing to help at all times. I found that I
didn't want to leave the hotel!! The outdoor
pool, bar, and dining were fabulous. Great food,
drinks, people and music. This hotel made my
first trip to Florida great! I will definitely
be back. I will highly recommend this hotel to
friends and family.
Want to thank the Staff, and Boca Raton Bridge
Hotel for making my stay a pleasant and
unforgettable. I flew in from Puerto Rico, and I
selected your Hotel without knowing where it was
located. Upon my arrival I was greeted by your
Manager, and he was very helpful and
knowledgeable of his job. I commend him and the
staff for there assistance and making my stay
very comfortable, and pleasant. I recommended
your Hotel to family members, and friends. Thank
you so much for your services. Excellent job.
My wife and I recently traveled to Boca with our
4.5 month old Dachshund Puppy to attend our
son's College Graduation. We booked a Small
Suite with Ocean view for 3 nights. Upon check
in we experience a very courteous staff that was
more than attentive and eager to please. Once we
made it up to our suite we were breathless at
the view we had of the Boca Inlet and the
Atlantic Ocean. We are no stranger to the beach
or the waterway as we live in Jacksonville but,
the view at the Bridge Hotel was Spectacular.
The on site amenities I.E. pool, restaurants and
night life were outstanding. In addition to the
outstanding Customer Service provided by the
staff we also utilized the onsite contractor to
rent a Golf Cart for a very reasonable price and
enjoyed a day and night cruising the area
attractions in the open air. The same Contractor
has boat and Jet Skies that we didn't get around
to on this visit but, will on a future visit I'm
sure. The Hotel is very pet friendly as are the
local communities of Boca Raton, Del Ray Beach,
and Deerfield Beach. Our Puppy went everywhere
with us and we even enjoyed outdoor dining with
him at our side. I am Retired Military and the
Hotel extended a 20% discount in honor of my
service making the stay even more affordable
than the already reasonable rates. I can't say
enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay
and will return in the future as well as
recommend to friends. "My Hats Off" to the Staff
and many thanks for a pleasurable stay......
From the moment I checked in, my experience
could not be better. The staff take the word
service to an unheard of level. They were so
friendly and so helpful. They gave me a great
room with an amazing view. The bed was so
comfortable that I didn't want to get up.
Anything I asked for was never a problem. The
waterfront restaurant not only had great food
but also great music. We spent hours sitting on
a huge round comfortable bed by the pool sipping
on our drinks and watching the boats go by. I
can't wait to come back to this hotel again.
Kudos to the amazing staff!!!!!
I spend close to 200 nights a year in hotels and
the Boca Bridge Hotel is a favorite. It is the
most accommodating place and the service is
exceptional. My stay was a 10 from the valet
service to the front desk to the restaurant,.
The view was great and the rooms were
comfortable and stylish. The location is great
and I can't wait to stay there again. Kudos to
Jorge, John, Tim and the entire staff!
Excellent location. Spent the 1st two nights
there in a room on the inland, harbor side.
Great balcony view of the city area and boats
heading out to sea. Clean room, comfortable bed,
great personal service including food and
beverage. Really nice social atmosphere. Hats
off to Donard, valet. Handled a difficult
situation the first night with class. Not his
fault the dude took his car key to the room with
him and slowed the traffic flow.
But it gets better. Headed down to Key West for
a night and returned to a hotel in South Beach.
After checking in and two hours later, realized
this hotel was a time bomb waiting to explode.
Called the BRBH and left South Beach headed back
to the BRBH. Brian checked us in and set us up
in an end suite with two balcony's on the ocean
side for the next two nights. He certainly
didn't have to do this, but he did at a terrific
rate. The hotel is on the inlet side and not
directly on the beach. However you have three
unobstructed views of the ocean as well as the
drawbridge for boats to head out to sea. Sat on
the balcony and enjoyed the views. Slept all
four nights with the balcony doors open with the
breeze. AWESOME. Great accommodations, but most
importantly.......GREAT STAFF If you want a
great experience in a great location.......this
is it.
Very comfortable, well situated resort Hotel
suitable for the business traveler, the
vacationer or the couples getaway. Right at the
beach at a fraction of the cost of the only
other Boca option, the bridge has fine and
family dining, a friendly bar, and a great
breakfast. But like anywhere else, it's the
people that matter from John and the guys at
valet, to George and everyone on the front desk,
to Ida and Alex in the restaurant or Joe and Tim
at the bar, from security to housekeeping the
staff has a great attitude and is ever ready to
be at your aid.
We live in the area but needed to get away. We
had an excellent room with a water view, very
clean and new linens...as soon as our heads hit
the pillow we were out. But not before visiting
the pool area and patio bar. Big towels are
available at the front desk (no charge) for the
pool area. The patio bar offered awesome food
and great drinks...valued prices not like some
hotels that are over priced for what they offer.
The management was always there for us...very
kind and nice people. We will be back!
The Boca Bridge Hotel Has been my choice hotel
for several hundred business associates over the
five years. Staff--front desk, restaurant, back
office, valet...role models for professionalism.
Food, including service, excellent. Meeting
facility just right for my needs. The team at
this hotel is so good that they could teach a
few of the higher end hotels some valuable
lessons. Recommend this hotel enthusiastically
for business or personal needs, especially now
that they are undergoing an impressive (but not
intrusive) remodeling program.
If you are looking to be in the Heart of Boca
Raton Florida, right on the water, with
beautiful surroundings in a first class hotel
without paying an arm and a leg, the Boca Raton
Bridge Hotel is the place to go!! We just had a
family reunion and I arranged for 6 rooms with
beautiful views of Boca Lake and the Ocean. We
had a private dinning room for 25 people and had
a first class meal. The Staff at the Bridge
hotel did not miss a beat!! I don't normally
write reviews but I felt is was important to
share this diamond of a place with you. They
have a great pool and outside bar and
restaurant. Everyone was very lovely!! Go and
enjoy the view.
This is a great place. The cafe on the first
floor is great for breakfast, and the restaurant
on the top floor has beautiful views. It is
close to beaches and a big mall in Boca Raton
Center. You can borrow beach chairs and towels
from them so you don't have to bring your own.
My husband and I happened on the Boca Raton
Bridge Hotel a few years ago when our kennel
overbooked and we had to take our two small dogs
with us. We return every few months and continue
to take our animals. The Boca Raton Bridge hotel
has the friendliest staff, from John who
supervises the Valet area, Heather for massages,
to Devon the Bartender and the housekeeping
staff. We have never had to ask for something
twice. We have found the food excellent, the
drinks well proportioned and the view cannot be
beat.
Please do not hesitate to visit the Boca Raton
Bridge hotel. We think of it as our second home
and look forward to catching up with the staff a
few times a year.
Stayed there for a week after Memorial Day and
liked it so much we went back in June.Ignore
the negative reviews. We're lucky we did, or we
would have missed this gem.It
used to be a Radisson, but it's locally-owned
now and attention is being paid to detail. It
shows in the cleanliness of the rooms and
property.The
pool is small but charming and is right on the
intercostals entrance. The restaurant at the
pool is superb for a resort hotel, both in
quality and price, and is a local favorite,
which should tell you something.We
prefer the quiet and the beauty of the rooms on
the intercostals side.Only
a five-minute walk from the beach, it can't be
beat pricewise - one third of the cost of Big
Boy Boca next door and half of the price of the
beach motels a mile up the road in Deerfield.
First of all, I called Expedia, and got an even
better rate than the website advertised, which
made this a super deal. Then I read other
reviews on this website and was concerned if not
leery; in retrospect I find it very hard to
believe that they are legitimate. The rooms were
super clean, charming, with a comfy bed that was
just right with crisp white linens and turn down
service every night-no blood stains, no roaches,
not even any noise and I was on the bridge
level. I expressed these concerns to the manager
via e-mail and she was very prompt, helpful, and
EXTREMELY accommodating. Kudos to her and her
crew. The staffers here were young and
exuberant. Busted their tails making our stay
pleasant and were friendly in doing so. Place
seemed pretty busy and the restaurants seemed to
be pretty popular with locals or tourists one.
The place was bustling every night at
dinnertime. I enjoyed my meals at Watercolor's
and the setting was wonderful-patio Oceanside
dining with iguanas roaming and tropical fish
below the ledge with a bird's eye view of the
ships going in and out of the waterway and
through the bridge. Added bonus is the beach
just about a 5 minute walk away, and was the
least crowded of the beaches we visited. It was
lovely.
As with any boutique hotel that has to compete
against the major chains, what this hotel lacks
in glitz and modern amenities is more than made
up for in service and location. My stay was
short—just Saturday night—but I know I will
definitely book this hotel again for a weekend
getaway. The staff was professional and
friendly, and the restaurant adjacent to the
bridge was exactly how I imagined a South
Florida waterfront restaurant to be. The Sunday
brunch attracted plenty of locals, which should
tell you something about the food and service.
Boating is a mainstay in South Florida,
especially during the weekends, and Lake Boca is
no exception. Every weekend when the weather is
nice the usually placid and serene ‘lake’ is
transformed into a floating boat show complete
with swimming and plenty of floating parties.
You can bet that my next trip to South Florida
will include a stay at this hotel. See you on
the water!
Being an avid fan of Priceline, I won the bid @
90.00 for the Boca Bridge hotel. As soon as I
won, I came here to read about it and was
prepping myself for a bad experience.....Au
contraire!!! This hotel is great...albeit a bit
dated and needs some revamping, and the bathroom
is a bit of a tight squeeze ( there is a
separate vanity area) the location is perfect,
across the street from the Beach...in a clean,
SAFE, quiet neighborhood. Boca is a prestigious
location to live and the hotel is smack dab in
the middle of it. Keep in mind all other hotels
in Boca are far away from the beach…this is the
only one where you just need to cross the street
to see the ocean…the others you need to cross
about 30 blocks. Restaurants are only a few
minutes drive away....I walked the beach and the
A1A route everyday...people were so friendly.
Yes the staff consists of young people, who made
my stay as pleasant as possible...I do not
understand why the fuss...they were all dressed
nicely in ironed shirts while the hotel manager
on duty was wearing a tie. I would hate to know
that a place of business would discriminate
against age [-]. All the staff were very
kind...always willing to help and constantly
asking me if I am enjoying my stay...leading me
to believe that if there was something that they
could do to make it more enjoyable, they would
certainly try to accommodate. The restaurant
watercolors sits right on the inter-coastal
water way where you are able to enjoy either the
sun or the shade and watch the boats go
by...while the food is not gourmet, it is quite
tasty and the menu prices are quite suitable to
the full range of travelers. ( I recommend the
Ahi tuna)
The pool bar has a bunch of great bartenders…(
you have got to have the Mojito) and although I
had a small table in my room to work with ( the
table was adequate) , I chose to work at the
bar…the guys made it easy for me to work and
relax since this was a “working vacation”
There is a small pool on site…always warm…very
quaint….with a shallow end for the kids.
I had Sunday brunch at Carmen’s….a beautiful
restaurant at the top of the hotel…not
cheap..but well worth it to have a 360 degree
view, of the ocean and the waterway…
All the food was really fabulous.
Hint: If your going to the beach as the valet
for chairs and beach towels …he has both.
Use the concierge… set me up with inexpensive
scuba trips and the Jet Ski’s are parked right
there at the hotel and a discount is available
if you eat at watercolors.
Note: There is a charge to park your car in the
lot..10.00 per day..
Overall a pretty great stay…if people are
complaining about furniture when you have all
the beauty outside…and all that activity….we’ll
it’s a shame because this hotel was simply
perfect for what I had in mind…..and that was
not gazing at the dresser in my room.
The Bridge Hotel in Boca was great! The staff
was the ideal in customer service. They gave
great suggestions and directions. They always
had smiles on their faces. The room had a great
view, room 507, of the inlet. Picture perfect!
House keeping was good and the room was very
clean. Check in and out was a breeze. The pool
is small, but has a great view of the boats
coming and going, and the bridge opening and
closing. By the way...the construction of the
draw bridge is complete, and we called ahead of
time to be sure, based on the other reviews. The
top floor is a must see. The Sunday brunch
looked great, although we couldn't stay, we had
to catch our flight. Oh, I almost forgot... the
beach is a little walk, but there is a pipe that
has horrible water that comes spurting out, and
in the water you find the most beautiful shells,
like the kind you buy at the stores! Really
cool, if you don't mind the water!
